We currently seek an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Administration of the company and who will represent management in all community outreach efforts and client communications. The ideal candidate will possess extra-ordinary customer service skills, and organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work as an integral part of the Senior Management team. The candidate should be highly accountable and always responsible for safeguarding confidential information and in the absence of management must be able to exercise initiative and judgment in responding to all pressing concerns in a courteous manner.
